My name is Nick Doughty and I am the Executive Chef/Proprietor of NICuisine.
From an early age it has always been my ambition to be a successful chef and run my own catering business.
Having worked in restaurants, hotels, and for an outside catering company for the last six years I have built up considerable expertise and experience in this field.
NICuisine offers bespoke menus which are based around individual needs and caters for your budget, as well as for your guests.
All dietary requirements are catered for.
The finest quality local and seasonal produce, from around Warwickshire are always used for all dishes, which are all homemade.
A professional and personal service is offered to ascertain what is required and expert advice and knowledge is provided to help design a perfect day.
Taster sessions are also offered to clients to enable them to sample NICuisine.

Recently the Lord Leycester Hospital, in the Great Hall, hosted a Grand Banquet to commemorate the 400th Anniversary of King James I visit to the Hospital in Warwick.
NICuisine Limited catered for this lavish Banquet, and the dinner featured all the authentic food of the time, including lots of game and fowl.
NICuisine Limited were invited to cater for AP Racing, at their annual Sales
